StarCraft 2

Evil Genuises

Though new to the StarCraft scene, they have a team composed of some of the most well known North American Broodwar gamers. With the recent addition of the "Gracken" IdrA to EG, they've started to make their presence known outside of North America for StarCraft 2.
Though the world already knows of a few of their gamers, could
we have another Grubby or Jwong status player burst out?

The so called "villain" of StarCraft 2, he seems to have more fans than haters at this point. He has been living in South Korea for a few years now, and until recently was on the BroodWar pro-gaming team eSTRO. He's been interviewed by CNN, reaper rushed constantly and always source of gossip. Considered by most the best foreigner for StarCraft 2, he has a lot to live up to now that he won't be alone.

Recently announced during a MLG After-party, iNcoNtroL is making the trip to the land of StarCraft. He's been met by a lot of confusion and praise for doing this, though you'd have to be damn sure you're ready to head over. Not shy of being in the spotlight, he was apart of the first season of WCG's Ultimate Gamer. If we judge how a player will do by community support, Geoff shouldn't take a loss.

Will his size intimidate the Koreans, or is it a "bigger they are..."

Though it is unconfirmed at this point in time whether one half of the casting duo known as "Tastosis" will be participating, he's already there and has attempted it before. Known now by a lot of his casting, he was a strong force in BroodWar along with his brother Day[9]. Though most of his time is dedicated to the casting side of StarCraft 2, if he was given the chance to play the game to the time of IdrA he could probably get back in gaming shape.

Will he attempt to qualify, or will his time be dedicated to the fans?

United States EG.Idra - He's the only Non-korean besides TLO to qualify for the first two GSL's. He shouldn't have any issue at all making his way into the third, and if history speaks to how he will do. Expect a Ro8 for IdrA, but not too much higher than that.

United States EG.iNcoNtroL - There are two ways Geoff makes it into the Round of 64, he gets a very lucky bracket or he breaks all the nerds who beat him. If he manages to make his way into the big tournament, we may see a new side of iNcoNtroL that brings him to the Ro32.

United States EG.Tasteless - If he decides to attempt to qualify, he may win a game or two but he won't be able to make it out of the massive group stage. We'll see him in an Artosis video joking that he at least has casting to fall back to.

Out of the three EG gamers, it's almost a given that IdrA will qualify, though if IncontroL gets a good bracket he could as well.
