EA’s battle royale game is bringing in Godzilla.
Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have officially announced an Apex Legends x Godzilla event, running from 10 November to 1 December, 2026. The event will herald the arrival of Godzilla in the Storm Point map, blasting players with his Heat Ray. Multiple kaiju-themed skins are also coming to the game’s cast of playable Legends, including Godzilla, Destoroyah, and even deep cuts like Jet Jaguar.

What is in the Apex Legends x Godzilla crossover?
Apex Legends is hosting a massive Godzilla collaboration in celebration of the release of Godzilla Minus Zero, which is now out in theatres. The event brings a Godzilla invasion to Storm Point’s points of interest, wherein Godzilla has turned parts of the map into a mess of broken buildings and irradiated trees.
A custom Devotion is also being added to the map, tucked away in a Care Package with the ability to fire a heat ray attack that tracks enemies. Additionally, a Godzilla-themed battle pass featuring epic and legendary items is also on the way. The battle pass includes a Premium Track that costs 950 AC, with more skins such as an Iconic Ghidorah 1991 Catalyst skin.
A Dorsal Dagger universal melee item is also included in this collaboration, allowing players to wield a piece of Godzilla himself. All in all, 10 Godzilla-themed skins are coming for the playable Legends:

- Valkyrie Iconic Skin “Mothra 2003”
- Wraith Iconic Skin “Godzilla 2016”
- Pathfinder Iconic Skin “Mechagodzilla 1974”

Godzilla-themed legendary weapon skins are also included for the Devotion, Hemlock, Rampage, CAR, Havoc, Longbow, Wingman, Prowler, and Sentinel. The event runs from 10 November to 1 December, 2026.
