Guarded by KaaZ five times in a row
The Queen of the Hill is guarded by Jussi Puranen Hallman, member of
Team SWE and
Infernal Gamers. He is commonly known as
iG.KaaZ, one of Sweden's finest Zerg players. He took the throne from
Wiget back in QOTH7 (read » here) and has not given up on it since then. He has eliminated many challengers, such as
StinGeR, Slider and
Cocoa. His upcoming enemy says that it will be a fun and interesting match.
Name: Joakim StrömAge: 19Location: Sävar, SwedenClan: Trademark-GamersCurrently: QOTH challenger this Saturday |
Gurram: "Right now, I'm not at my top"
The opponent is Joakim Ström, also a member of
Team SWE, and quite recently left Infernal Gamers for the American-based clan Trademark Gamers. His handle is Gurram[TmG], and has for a while now been one of the Protoss players in Sweden to look out for. Although, Gurram says that he is not at his top at the moment. "I'm going to try to mass some games before Saturday, so hopefully I can play some super games in QOTH."GG: Any special tactics or strategies you intend to use against KaaZ? Figuring you were both members of Infernal Gamers before, and still in Team SWE together - you must know his playstyle pretty well?As always, GosuGamers have added a GosuBet for this match. Go place your bets on the one you think will take home the Queen of the Hill Round 12 - KaaZ or Gurram?
Gurram: Yeah I do, almost exactly, but it is still hard to play him. He has some tricky things in his game style too but I will play safe and try to pick up some good maps of this not too good mappool.
Update :
The games were just played, KaaZ took the lead with 4-0 and Gurram gave WO for the remaining games. Replays are uploaded to our section, the first two replays both lasted about ~30minutes. KaaZ remains QOTH, a new opponent will be found soon. He suggested to get a Zerg player, because he wants to show his incredible Terran versus Zerg skills.
