RR : SaSin)ooV vs Stop[AeGiS]

[s]replays[/s]

Another great replay has hit the Starcraft community, this time between two Korean Gosus, SaSin)ooV and Stop[AeGiS].

The game starts out with

Stop[AeGiS] morphing in at the 12 o-clock position as

SaSin)ooV takes command at the 9 o-clock position. Stop decides to go for a 9 pool - hatchery build as ooV takes advantage of his 9 o-clock position and walls in with a Barracks, a Supply Depo and 2 marines to stop the Zergling rush from Stop. ooV teches to a very fast 4 Vulture Drop + Spider Mines and starts to harass Stop's Drones. Stop, using Overlords / Hydras / Mutalisks, clears out the mine field in his Main Base and finishes off the annoying Vultures. Stop starts to harrass ooV with Mutalisks as ooV holds strong and teches to 3 Barracks and comes with a large M&M + Vessel force. Stop holds lurkers and cuts down a few of ooV's forces untill the first Vessel arrives and forces Stop into retreat.

With ooV knocking on Stop's door, Stop holds with a few Lurkers and Hydralisks, ooV tries to pressure but looses his Vessel to Hydra targeting and Stop starts to pressure with his Lurker / Hydra army. ooV delays as much as he can while getting his expansion going but his army just keeps getting pushed back and Stop slides in a Drone durring the fighting and gets his 3rd Natural going. Stop guards his newly building Hatchery with many Lurkers and gets the 3 o-clock natural and tries to expand at the 3 o-clock main but is stoped by a well placed spider mine.

From here, battles just consume the game as both fight as hard as they can to gain the advantage and control of the game. Soon Oov gets contained by Stop's Lurkers and Hydralisks, brilliantly ooV drops in Stop's main and forces the containment to be broken as Stop scrambles back to save his main and ooV walks out and starts a huge assault. ooV keeps pressuring and sending out big wave after wave as Stop flanks ooV over and over with Hydralisks and Lurkers, both players coming out victorious in various battles as most become a stale mate between both players. oOV is about as aggressive this game as a Terran player can get and Stop's Tank / Vessle targeting and map control is astounding. This game is just fight after fight after fight and will leave you geussing until the very end. This is about as entertaining as a replay can get, enjoy.
