ash - champions of BWCL

After 11 weeks the 18th season of BWCL is over. Ash went undefeated, becoming the 18th Annual B.rood W.ar C.lan L.eague Champions.

Brood War Clan Liga is the biggest and oldest clanleagues out there, and with its 18th season behind them they've achieved quite a name and a good reputation. As the name reveals, the league is German based, and in the BWCL Division 1 last season, there were only two clans that weren't German -

ultime Dancers and

The Innocent sQuad. All in all, about a third were foreigners participating in the 18th season including all the 15 divisions.

The winners of the 18th season is none other than

aeterna societas honoris, more known as ash. For the second time in a row, ash was the clan standing on top in BWCL. With 56 point, ten points higher than the runner-ups, they showed better skill and organisation than the other teams, taking the win. Same as last year, runner-up is

Ivy Amateur Team (iv). and 3rd place was won by

Fallen Angels (FA).

Will this be a new era? Will ash start a new BWCL dynasty? Two seasons ago the international and well known clan

Templars of Twilight were the owners of six titles in a row, they then decided to stop taking part in BWCL. All in all ToT) have 10 BWCL titles. We shall see if ash follows in ToT's footsteps, they've got eight to go.
