The Hearthstone Competitive Recap: November 7-13

Missed anything from last week? We've got you covered with the major headlines from the world of Hearthstone.

The "Hearthstone competitive recap" is issued every Monday and goes over the major events in - and often outside - competitive Hearthstone. Blizzard's card game is in the middle of its HCT campaign but there are also lots of other third party tournaments running in parallel, and this post will summarize everything for your convenience.

Tournament news:

ATLC 2 Kickstarter cancelled

After collecting under 6% of the $200,000 goal, the Kickstarter campaign for Amaz Team League Championship 2 has been cut off. Director and producer Amaz assured the community that other lines of funding will be tried and the tournament is still on the team's production plans for January 2017. The qualifiers for ATLC 2 are to continue as planned, too.

Almost half of the Gadgetzan cards have been revealed now

The week of the Grimy Goons has brought a ton of new cards and about half of the expansion is already revealed. The weeks to come will have to show what the Jade Lotus and the Kabal have to offer. The expansion will hit stores early December with no set date just yet.

On the first day of Blizzcon the popular content creator spoke with us about his rise to fame and his role in the Hearthstone community.

Dog: "Practicing for a tournament feels like a grind. When I stream, I can have fun."
