Marvel’s Wolverine is also set to get a Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls suit.
Developer Insomniac Games has released Update 1.005 for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, adding a few features to the game along with two all-new suits. These suits are themed after the titular web-slinging superheroes’ big upcoming features this year: Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls.
How to get Brand New Day suit in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Two new suits have been added to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 in a new update released today. The first was announced sometime back: The “Fresh Start” suit from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is a new Marvel Studios film starring Tom Holland as Spider-Man premiering this week. The suit boasts a classic comic book design for Spidey, albeit with large visible web shooters on Spider-Man's wrists.
The second new suit was a surprise: Spider-Man’s suit from Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, the upcoming Arc System Works fighting game, has also been added to the game. Unlike the more realistic Fresh Start suit, the “Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls” suit has comic book-like shading, and white flourishes to the hero’s iconic red-and-blue design.
That’s not all, however. The new update also adds two new features: a Power Saver Mode for PlayStation 5 consoles and enhanced Playstation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) for PlayStation 5 Pro. The Power Saver Mode will allow the game to scale back performance to reduce power consumption. Meanwhile, PSSR will enable upscaled in-game resolution.
