In a dominant performance, Gambit bested NiP 3:1 to claim the WePlay! Valentine Madness title.
Just one day before heading out to ESL One Katowice 2019, Gambit flexed their muscles against Ninjas in Pyjamas to claim their second WePlay! Madness title in just two months.
Last month the CIS team claimed the WePlay! Winter Madness title after sweeping through OG in the grand finals. Now, they overpowered another one of Europe's top title contenders as they easily took NiP head-on with a 3:1 victory to take the WePlay! Valentine Madness title.
In December Gambit made a roster change shifting of two players, dropping Rinat "KingR" Abdullin and Ivan "VANSKOR" Skorokhod to the inactive status shortly after securing a place at the Bucharest Minor, participating in the Kuala Lumpur Major and just punching their ticket to ESL One Katowice 2019 - only days apart from each other.
They took on Artsiom "fng" Barshack from Team Spirit and Alexander "Immersion" Hmelevskoy from Espada.
Since then, they took the title at WePlay! Madness, 2nd place at Bucharest Minor, narrowly missed out on the DreamLeague Season 11 Major but did manage to clinch a spot in the StarLadder ImbaTV Kiev Minor.
With their newfound success and the momentum building around them, fans are sure to see some standout performances from the team this week in Poland.
