The most expected event of the year, The International 2017 kicks off in less than three days, with the group stage matches starting on August 2. At the end of a four days marathon two teams will have to bow out and leave the competition.
The eighteen participants fighting for one of the 16 spots into the TI 7 main event have been split into two groups of nine from which the top four teams in each group will secure a comfortable upper bracket start in the main event, the bottom four will have to fight for their lives from the lower bracket matches, while the last placed team in each group will, unfortunately, be eliminated without any prize pool share.

The TI group stage schedule has always been extremely packed and this year is no exception. Day one in the group stage will kick off at 18:30 CEST/ 09:30 PDT with four Group A matches played simultaneously and will alternate between the two groups until a total of 16 best-of-two series will be over.
