PUBG Mobile collaborates with BamBam, Minnie, MrBeast, and more for eighth anniversary

PUBG Mobile has brought extensive high-profile collaborations alongside global festivals and in-game events to celebrate its 8th anniversary.

PUBG Mobile has launched a global campaign to mark its 8th anniversary, featuring high-profile collaborations with celebrities and renowned athletes, real-life carnivals in various regions, and special events with rewards such as RPA18 perks, Mythic Forge discounts, and exclusive Card Collection items.

What are the collaborations for PUBG Mobile's eighth anniversary?

For its 8th Anniversary, PUBG Mobile is featuring athlete collaborations with Brazilian football star Richarlison and Dominican baseball player Juan Soto, who appear in-game as character skins inspired by their real-life personas.

The celebrations also include a MrBeast in-game challenge with exclusive rewards and a new gameplay mode, Evolving Universe, which refreshes classic battlegrounds with updated environments, mechanics, and progression features. Classic Mode also receives updates, including new weapons, vehicles, and system enhancements.

PUBG Mobile also introduced the 2026 theme song “LEAN” by the prominent American band OneRepublic, which debuted in-game on 12 March, and K-pop stars BamBam and MINNIE of idle releasing “CARRY YOU” on 27 March with exclusive in-game items. 

Additional collaborations span global music icons, anime crossovers like Jujutsu Kaisen, and luxury brands such as Apollo Automobil, creating a multi-cultural anniversary experience for players worldwide.

PUBG Mobile Creator and Competitive System

PUBG Corporations is also giving back to the community with lucrative competitions to join. Players can now collect Golden Ticket Fragments (obtainable via the themed Erangel event) to compete in the WOW DASH with $100,000 prize pool.

Content creators will also have a chance to grab a slice of a US$10M prize from the World of Wonder (WOW) creator incentive programme, intended to support the creator network.

PUBG Mobile anniversary live events were held across multiple regions

This year’s anniversary took things up a notch, with PUBG hosting its flagship carnival at the iconic Giza Pyramids, marking the first gaming event ever held at this historic site. The celebration, held on 27 March, featured performances by Egyptian rap star Wegz, dance group The Mayyas, and DJ Mahmut Orhan.

Additional community events were held in Turkey and Indonesia, featuring local artist performances, giveaways, offline viewing parties for fans, and more.
