Venue and ticket details have already been revealed for most HoYo FEST 2025 venues in Southeast Asia.
HoYo FEST 2025 is only a couple of months away, and it’s going to be bigger than ever. Uniting fans across all HoYoverse games, including Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero, each iteration of the event will take place in a bigger venue, with more activities and surprises in store for everyone.
Now in its fifth year, fans can look forward to four days of immersive experiences in six major cities: Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok.
This year, HoYo FEST 2025 is shining a brighter spotlight on fan creators and artists. Following its debut in Indonesia and Vietnam last year, the Artist Alley will now be part of every host city. This gives local fan artists the chance to showcase and sell HoYoverse-inspired merchandise marking it as one of the first times a major game publisher is actively supporting fan-made content at official events in Southeast Asia.
A new Stage Segment will also give cosplayers, performers, and fan creators a space to present their work live. Full line-ups of featured artists and performers for each country are expected to be announced in late June.
Ticket sales to launch in June
Tickets will be available beginning 24 June 2025 at 11:00 AM Singapore Time via the official HoYo FEST website. Fast passes offer the most comprehensive experience, while standard passes provide affordable access to the main exhibition and booths.
HoYo FEST 2025 Ticket Prices and Access Details for Southeast Asia
HoYo FEST is returning to Southeast Asia this July, and alongside the announcement of venues and dates, detailed ticket information has now been made available. Fans of Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero can look forward to choosing between single-day, multi-day, and fast pass options, depending on their preferred level of access.
Malaysia – Pavilion Exhibition Centre Bukit Jalil (24–27 July)
- 1-Day Pass: RM 22 – Grants access from 11:00 AM for one day.
- 4-Day Pass: RM 65 – ncludes entry for all four days from 11:00 AM.
- 1-Day Fast Pass: RM 80 – Early access from 10:00 AM with added benefits: priority entry to booths, guaranteed freebies, exclusive commemorative passport and lanyard, and a lucky draw ticket.
- Children under 6: Free (with ID and accompanied by an adult).
- Persons with Disabilities (OKU): 50% discount (valid ID required).
Singapore – Suntec Singapore Convention Centre (25–27 July)
- 1-Day Pass: SGD 14 – Entry from 11:00 AM for a single day.
- 3-Day Pass: SGD 32 – Access for all three event days.
- 1-Day Fast Pass: SGD 48 – Includes 10:00 AM entry, exclusive freebies, priority booth access, commemorative items, and lucky draw entry.
- Children under 6: Free (ID required, must be accompanied).
- PWDs: 50% discount (valid concession card required).
Philippines – SMX Convention Center Manila (24–27 July)
- 1-Day Pass: PHP 300 – Grants access from 11:00 AM.
- 4-Day Pass: PHP 750 – Covers the full event duration.
- 1-Day Fast Pass: PHP 1,000 – Early access from 10:00 AM, priority zone entry, freebies, passport, lanyard, and lucky draw ticket included.
- Children below 3 feet: Free (must be accompanied).
- PWDs: 20% discount (with PWD ID).
Indonesia – Surabaya Convention Center (24–27 July)
- 1-Day Ticket: IDR 70,000 – Entry from 11:00 AM.
- 4-Day Ticket: IDR 230,000 – Covers all event days.
- 1-Day Fast Pass: IDR 205,000 – Includes 10:00 AM entry, priority access to zones, freebies, passport, lanyard, and lucky draw ticket.
- Children under 6: Free with accompanying adult and valid child ID.
Thailand – MCC Hall, The Mall Bangkapi (24–27 July)
- 1-Day Ticket: THB 150 – Standard access from 11:00 AM.
- 4-Day Ticket: THB 450 – Entry throughout the event.
- 1-Day Fast Pass: THB 650 – Early entry from 10:00 AM, with access privileges and bonus items (same as other regions).
Vietnam – Sky Expo, Ho Chi Minh City (24–27 July)
