Perseverance pays off: mYinsanity wins Dreamhack Allstars: Tours

The team's unconventional style and long-standing roster gave them an overwhelming edge, defeating Fnatic in a meticulous 3-0 series.

Simon "darkmok" Tabin's first words after winning Dreamhack Allstars: Tours was a tongue in cheek reference to their EU rivals Team Dignitas.

"EU is by far too easy."

He said it with a huge smile on his face, knowing full well that those were the same words that James "Bakery" Baker said after defeating his team 3-0 during the Summer EU regional in Leicester. You could tell that the quote must have stuck with the team and motivated their growth and it must of been extremely satisfying to be the ones holding the trophy at the end of the day.
With this win, mYinsanity is the 2nd EU team to qualify for Summer champions, but their celebration won't be a long one. Darkmok's post match interview revealed some interesting insights, including the concession that they know they have to practice a lot more to beat Asian teams, with MVP Black being the clear hurdle for every single team to face.
mYinsanity crushed the competition, but the bigger story is how much the team has grown. They are one of the most consistent rosters in EU and even Dreadnaught was quick to bring praise. Without hesitation, he claimed that Lyubomir "Splendour" Kozlovski is the most improved player in all of the EU region and it's hard to to disagree considering the team's current win streak.

The team may be used to going through losers, but this time, they went 10-0 the entire tournament, not losing a single game. Their style of play was creative and almost always catered to their style and their preference. At one point, the casters all agreed that vs. mYinsanity it feels like you need four bans as two just isn't enough to limit any of their strategies.

Dennis "HasuObs" Schneider gets my vote for MVP for the last game and his incredible Lost Vikings play. He gave his team a lead the entire game and you could almost say that the game was won almost single-handedly thanks to the overwhelming pressure and his team's awareness of how to take full advantage of a master class Lost Vikings player.

GG's to all and congratulations to mYinsanity. They will be headed to Sweden to compete during Dreamhack Summer against Naventic, Negative Synergy, and Dignitas. The Korean, Chinese, Copa American and the last NA representatives  have yet to be determined.
