First North American Spring Regional qualifier tomorrow

The first North American Spring Regional qualifier starts tomorrow morning where teams will battle it out for a chance to move on to the Spring Regional and ultimately the Spring Championship in Seoul, South Korea.

Tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. CST the online North American Spring Regional qualifier will begin. Teams will compete for spots guaranteeing they move onto the NA Spring Regional in Los Angeles, California and have a chance at a $100k USD prize pool.

The North American Spring Regional is part of a much larger Blizzard tournament series that will ultimately lead up to the Spring Championship in Seoul, South Korea where teams from accross the world will fight for a $500k USD prize pool.

There are currently seven registered teams that will be competing tomorrow - Bob Ross Fan Club, Cloud9, COGnitive Gaming, Panda Global, Team Blaze, Team eLevate and Tempo Storm. All of these teams, with the exception of eLevate, competed in Heroes Rising earlier this month in Los Angeles.

Bob Ross Fan Club is coming off a massive upset win over Cloud9 at Heroes Rising where they were able to make quite a name for themselves and show fans just how good they are. Cloud9 will be out for revenge after their loss to BRFC.

COGnitive Gaming added three new players to the team on January 23rd - CauthonLuckGlaurung and Faye. This will be their debut and their chance at redemption since they fell short at Heroes Rising. Tempo Storm played with a new roster at Heroes Rising and did very well, losing in the winners bracket finale to Cloud9 and placing third overall.

The Spring Regional qualifiers will be streamed live by SolidJakeGG, Gillyweed and ShaneGoocherGaming.
