PEAK will launch on three additional platforms on 22 October, with crossplay available.
Hit co-op climbing game PEAK is finally expanding to more platforms, launching on PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on 22 October at around 8. am PT. A physical edition for PlayStation 5 has also been announced.
Developed by Team PEAK, a studio collaboration between Aggro Crab and Landfall, the game became a viral hit following its launch in June 2025. It earned strong reviews and has sold more than 10 million copies, but remained exclusive to PC for over a year.
Next week, PEAK will make its way to major console storefronts, allowing more friends to join one another on this climbing adventure. Cross-platform multiplayer will also be available from launch.
“In the game, there’s an important rule: Never abandon a friend in need. Therefore, we’re excited that with the launch on PS5 we’ve also made it possible for crossplay so that you can climb with up to three friends no matter what platform they use,” Team PEAK announced through the PlayStation Blog.
