Pleasing the crowd with an effective Murky pick, MYM defeats current point leadler Bob? and wins wins 32 points towards qualifying for the main event.
King Leoric is the new flavor of the week, and his presence has changed the meta in nearly all regions. Double warrior is back and the Leoric's lane pressure and strength in a brawls no longer doubted; it's feared.
MYM looked towards Murky to counter Leoric's strength on Battlefield of Eternity, and the results were surprisingly effective. The constant team fights value of quick lane clearing makes it one of Leoric's best maps but, in theory, Murky boats very similar strengths. Also, Leoric is probably the least equipped to fight murky, as Drain Hope is directly countered by Murky's Bubble, not to mention the percentage damage does very little when you have such low max HP.
Despite the game 1 loss to Murky, Bob? stuck with Leoric for the entirety of the series, always pairing him with a second warrior, and even winning with a Stitches / Leoric line up in game 2.
