Diana thanks you with an adorable drawing.
Capcom’s newest action-adventure game, Pragmata, has just reached another milestone, barely a month after the game’s release. Capcom had just announced that the game has sold 2 million copies via its official social media accounts on Thursday (7 May):
“PRAGMATA has sold over 2 million copies worldwide!” the announcement read. “Thank you to everyone for your support! Here's a special drawing from Diana to celebrate!”
The announcement came with a video of Diana showing a drawing to Hugh on screen, except that the drawing is all-new and reads: “2,000,000 units, Thank you!!”

How did Pragmata do during its launch?

What is Pragmata about?
Capcom’s Pragmata is a brand-new sci-fi action-adventure IP built around a single-player campaign set on the Moon. The story follows Hugh, an astronaut left stranded inside a lunar research facility known as the Cradle, alongside Diana, a mysterious android girl. Together, the pair must survive and escape after the station falls under the control of hostile AI systems.
Gameplay unfolds from a third-person perspective, with players taking direct control of Hugh in combat encounters while Diana supports him through real-time hacking mechanics. Battles revolve around multitasking, as players solve hacking puzzles to disable enemies while also avoiding incoming attacks and staying alive in the middle of the fight. Their journey ultimately centres on finding a route back to Earth.
How good is Pragmata as a game?
Our review called Pragmata “an addictive experience” even if its story doesn’t fully stick the landing. The game’s combat loop, blending shooting with real-time hacking, carries much of the experience, especially during its standout boss fights. According to our review, we found it "a gripping first outing” for what could be “another banger Capcom franchise in the making.”
