The top three teams are confirmed at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023

As the playoff weekend begins to wind down at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, only three teams are left standing to compete for the lion's share of the $1,000,000. 

Time flies quickly when you are having fun. 

ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 is almost over already. There is just one day left and only three teams are left standing. 

Gaimin Gladiators have already claimed a spot in the grand finals. They absolutely shellacked Azure Ray 2:0 earlier in the day, dropping the Chinese team to the lower brackets.

Coming up through the lower brackets, Team Liquid has been overpowering all of their enemies. Just looking to enjoy the ride, the European team has shown no signs of slowing down, even with Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek standing in for them. They dropped only one game so far, which was to Team Falcons. Overall they have made quick work of all opponents and are looking to be quite fearsome. Compared to how Azure Ray looked earlier in the day against Gaimin Gladiators in the upper bracket finals, it very well may end up being another (again) Gaimin Gladiators vs Team Liquid LAN event grand finals to close out the 2023 calendar year and start the 2023-24 season. 

The action will resume tomorrow, Sunday, December 17th with the lower bracket finals.
