Mega Man is making a big comeback.
Capcom has officially announced a release date for its upcoming Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection bundle, which includes all three Star Force games and their respective variations. The collection launches on 27 March, 2026 for consoles and PC.
Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection gets official release date and bonus features
Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection is officially launching on 27 March 2026, bringing the futuristic adventures of Geo Stelar and Omega-Xis back to modern platforms. The collection also features several enhancements, including a rearrangement of the original soundtrack, a high-res filter, new difficulty settings, and more battle cards.
The following games are included in this collection:
- Mega Man Star Force: Pegasus (2006)
- Mega Man Star Force: Leo (2006)
- Mega Man Star Force: Dragon (2006)
- Mega Man Star Force 2: Zerker × Ninja (2007)
- Mega Man Star Force 2: Zerker × Saurian (2007)
- Mega Man Star Force 3: Black Ace (2008)
- Mega Man Star Force 3: Red Joker (2008)
It should be noted that there are really only three mainline Mega Man Star Force games. The other four games included in this bundle are variations of the mainline entries, and come with exclusive battle transformations, Giga cards, and small story differences.
Capcom has also announced in-game bonuses for all pre-order customers: four extra musical arrangements along with Geo Stelar (Casual Wear) and Omega-Xis as Main Menu characters.
Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection launches on 27 March, 2026 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. A new mainline Mega Man game, entitled Mega Man: Double Override, is also in the works.
