Team Spirit are one series away from claiming their first tournament trophy after The International 10.
After delivering the most exciting underdog story on the TI stage this past October by lifting the Aegis of Champions, Team Spirit have not slowed down a bit. Along with being the top team in the Eastern Europe Regional League Division I, they have also secured a spot in the grand finals at OGA Dota PIT Season 5 Europe /CIS by taking down three European teams.
Only the revamped rosters of OG and Team Secret were able to take a game from Team Spirit so far, however, both have failed to take revenge for the TI10 elimination suffered at the hands of the CIS juggernaut. For the young OG squad, the OGA Dota PIT run has ended already. Tundra Esports eliminated them on Sunday night with two unconventional drafts that featured a position 5 Razor from Adrian "Fata" Trinks in game one and a Dragon Knight in game two, also played by Fata.
Tundra and Team Secret will duke it out today at 14:00 CET in the lower bracket final to see who will challenge Team Spirit in the grand finals, scheduled for 18:00 CET. The grand finals will be a best-of-five battle for the first tournament trophy up for grabs after The International 10.
