RNG takes home the ESL One LA Online title for China after dominating Newbee 3:1 in the grand finals.

RNG might not have had the most outstanding DPC 2019-2020 season, but they certainly did manage to hold their own. The team is currently sitting just outside the top 12 mark -- in 13th place and is the fourth-ranked Chinese team in the circuit. Although no one even knows that means right now in terms of the season or TI2020, it still means that RNG have had a noteworthy season and is among China's top.

After taking the first seed in groups, taking all five of their played series (with an impressive 10-2 game record), they were seeded directly into the upper bracket finals. Another series win and decisive victory led them to the grand finals where they continued to dominate over their opponents.

ESL One LA Online

With the recent events of Covid-19 affecting the world ESL made the announcement to postpone The ESLOne Los Angeles Major. Instead, the event was adjusted to be played in five online regional leagues. Each of the regions would endure a round-robin group stage, followed by playoffs.

NA and SEA regions were the first to come to an end crowing their respective championship teams - Evil Geniuses and Fnatic. Then beastcoast continued their reign as the South American kings.

CIS/EU combined affair boasting 15 teams just got things started and is expected to conclude on April 19th.

No DPC points were awarded for teams.

There has not been any word from Valve regarding the DPC points that were to be awarded for the original ESL One Los Angeles Major or what will happen with the already accrued points or future points that were to be awarded for the remaining events.
