Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk has decided to take the bull by the horns and create his own destiny. After previous struggles and public tensions with teammates, Lil created a new team called Odium and has been filling it with CIS veteran players.

After spending one and a half years with Virtus.pro, the infamous support player, Ilya 'Lil' Ilyuk, was traded to Na'vi in exchange for Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan in a shuffle that shook the DPC season. While it initially seemed that the trade was amicable, there was much that came to the surface in the following weeks that suggested otherwise. Settling into his new team and role, it was only a matter of months before more chatter started to swirl about some tension within the team and among the players.

The season for Na'vi was lackluster and the entire Dota roster of Na'vi was put on an inactive status following their elimination in the TI8 qualifiers and their failure to claim any notable achievements. When the dust settled and it was time for new roster formations to emerge, Na'vi had left Lil off to make his own destiny.

Lil took matters into his own hand and wrote a poignant post on his Instagram account reflecting on the matters that he felt created a real team —trust and faith. For him, these would become the foundations for creating his own new 'family' and building something that would be more solid and meaningful.

Lil was the first of his own team members, but quickly sought out the talent of others who have garnered his respect. Among those are well-known names from across the CIS region and the world. Currently, including Lil, there are four players and the last spot is yet to be filled or announced.

Odium translates as pure hatred "general or widespread hatred or disgust directed toward someone as a result of their actions". A name that is most likely to reflect the passion and ignite results.

Odium roster:

Ukraine Viktor 'GeneRaL' Nigrini
Ukraine Ilya 'Lil' Ilyuk
Ukraine Semion 'CemaTheSlayer' Krivulya
Ukraine Andrey 'Ghostik' Kadyk
