The past weeks had everything e-sport news portals need: girls fighting for glory, a new DotA version and Warcraft 3 patch, a very open interview with MiseRy-, impressive matches and unexpected standings in the EDC.
The Slayer is back!
Planned as a normal chat, the interview with MiseRy was very interesting and honest. We talked about his idol, the future plans of EnotHOME and about his thoughts of the new version and heroes. Rasmus is a great guy whom people tend to judge by his comments and trashtalk during the game. Some Dotarians mis-read that trashtalk and take it for serious. I hope with that interview a few minds could be cleared up.
The Alienware DotA league has been aired to the Chinese TV and the games between the Euros and the Asians have been watched by over 40 million people. That’s half of all Germans, seven times all the Danes and twice as much as all the Australians in the world. Just to give you some figures.
ADL Replays released
Finally, or let’s say too late, the ADL replays have been released. Check out our database to see the games. I say too late, because you need to switch your Warcraft III version back. Onevoice has provided a powerful tool with which you are able to watch older replays (Link). And of course you need the old DotA map v6.64.
A Monsterkill and a Champion
Even though they lost both of their games yesterday (GosuCup and F4F), TeG was able to defend their position at the top of the table at the EDC Professional League. The Romanian team managed to win every single game until now against teams like MYM, DIPS and Tribal.Int. Monsterkill!
Already a champion is the team around KuroKy. With a very insane performance against MCitY (Replays #1, #2), Blight.Int was again able to win the third edition of the big Farm4Fame tournament. It seems after a short intermezzo with MYM, KuroKy has found the clan we wants to play, which is with Puppey.

Girlfight
The so-called “IronLady” DotA tournament kicked off and presented 1v1, 2v2 and 5v5 matches between PMS|Asterik* and their Chinese counterpart Steel|KK. PMS had a good comeback after losing the first day, and were able to take the trophy home. As far as I can see in the comments, no one cares about the replays but the pictures of the girls.
How to DotA 6
Black-_-Lotus, known for his “Perceptive Play” and “How to Dota” videos series, has made his last art piece, called “How to DotA 6”. (Click on the video for a higher resolution). Short but very nicely edited!
Just a joke?
Yesterday, MiseRy, Ducky, Miracle, Angel and MiGGel played a game under the MYM tag against Tribal.Int (Link). I got assured that it was just a scam, but there are some weird things going on. I bet we will hear more about that very soon. We will update you as soon as there are more informations.
My ROTW
There have been a couple of good replays last week, but one stayed in my mind, because I was so freaking impressed (Download)

The reason for the expression "freaking impressed" is that the replay contains so much awesome moves from both sides you could make a whole DotA movie out of it. KuroKy drops in the early stage of the game, but his mates control his hero and are able to win the game, even though it's 4on5. Epic game by Ben and Fear! Some might state it's a boring rape, but the game is very entertaining and shows impressive skills on the Sentinel side. Enjoy!
