Four teams from both North America and Europe are up for public voting, with the top two from each region playing BO3 decider match for a spot in Pro League.

26 of the 28 teams participating in Pro League have already been decided by other means, but single spots in each region’s league are still available to these eight teams:

Europe:
Poland Virtus.Pro
Russia Gambit Gaming
Sweden Godsent
Finland Ence

North America:
Canada TSM
United States EchoFox
Canada Kaliber
Brazil Luminosity

ESL released a statement concerning the odd position of Virtus.Pro as a top team in the world that were relegated last season:

In the process of picking the eight teams for the voting we have taken recent success, overall team strength, the world rankings and the ESEA League system into consideration. While Virtus.pro was relegated out of the Pro League last season they are still considered one of the best teams in the world which they have proven in recent tournaments. Therefore it was only natural to give the community a chance to vote for them. If Virtus.pro aren’t among the two teams with the most votes or don’t make it through the decider match they will keep their spot in the ESEA Premier Division.

Vote here until August 8th at 10:00 CEST!
