The two grandfinalists of ESL Cologne 2016 have accepted their invitations and have set the stage for an insane tournament.
IEM Oakland will take place at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on the weekend of November 19th and will feature twelve teams, ten of which have yet to be announced. Additionally, IEM Oakland will use the following format, which is identical to IEM Katowice:

Despite the loss of their star player Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, Team Liquid will seek vengeance against the Brazilian team and with the support of the home crowd, anything will be possible. Tickets are available now so die-hard NA CS fans should seek to guarantee their spot at one of the biggest tournaments of the year in the United States, in addition to ESL One New York.
