Titan shuts down
The French scene suffered a heavy blow this week with the announcement that Titan will be shutting down completely due to a lack of money after the KQLY cheating debacle that left a permanant mark on the company.
ESL introduces ruleset changes.

Questionmark wins Red Dot Invitational
The Danish squad has yet another title under their belt after defeating their French rivals EnVyUs this week to $25,000 first place prize. Questionmark came into the match with confidence after defeating Titan in the semifinals handily and it showed; the team took de_overpass 16:5, with the second map, de_cache, turning out to be just as one sided, capping off the day with a 16:7 victory.
IEM Katowice announced
An annual CS:GO tournament has been confirmed for Katowice again this week by ESL, with twelve of the best teams in the world coming together to fight for a piece of the customary $250,000 prize pool.
