It was announced earlier this week that the Russian duo of Egor "flamie" Vasilyev and Denis "seized" Konstin might miss the Canadian event due to problems with their visas. Yesterday, another Russian player was denied his visa. Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin from Flipsid3 will miss the event and his team will be forced to play with Spencer "Hiko" Martin.

Natus Vincere organisation announced today that both of their youngsters won't be able to travel to the event due to the Canadian embassy not granting them visas. Na'Vi will be forced to play with two stand-ins who happen to be veteran players. Those stand-ins will be: Sergey "starix" Ischuk and Arsney "ceh9" Trynozhenko.

Na'Vi will be fighting for place in the semis in group C where they have been drawn alongside Titan, Luminosity Gaming and SK Gaming.

UPDATE:

The situation regarding the visas has changed since our article was originally published. According to seized's tweet, he and flamie received their Canadian visas and Natus Vincere will travel with the full squad to ESWC.
