Led by captain Targa, the Vikings ruled over Germany in the semi final and Russia in the grand final to take the $3,000 of O'Gaming's NationWars. Ukraine finished third after a hard series against Germany.
The Norwegians came into the playoffs as the second team in Group A and were thus paired against Group B leaders Germany who had all-killed Sweden and 3-2'd Ukraine the day before. The semi final series went set for set and with Norway taking the early lead through Snute's victory over Heromarine, the Vikings eventually prevailed 3-2.
This send them to the grand final to play Russia who had just defeated Ukraine 3-1 on the back of great series from Titan and Happy. Norway opened strong by putting Snute first and by the time Russia was able to take a set the Norsemen were already leading 3-1. Team's captain Targa came to coin the final 4-1 by defeating the resurrected Happy. With this, Norway also takes revenge on the Russians after the 3-2 loss in the group stage.
Third in NationWars came Ukraine under the captainship of Dimaga, who too were able to take revenge on a group stage foe. A narrow 3-2 victory put them atop Germany and brought them $600.
