The Finland-hosted tournament will go to Helsinki January 31st - February 2nd. $25,000 are on the line, along with 4000 WCS points.
Assembly Winter is ready for its third season in a row. Scheduled for the end of January, the tournament will collect 32 players in the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center and offer them a five-digit prize pool and valuable WCS points.
As it's Assembly tradition, the player pool will be formed through invites and two online qualifiers. The latter will take place just before New Year's eve, on December 29th and 30th. Top four of each qualifier will be seeded into the main event.
Assembly Winter '14 will be the first Winter event under the ASUS ROG hood since 2012 after the 2013 tournament was hosted by the Assembly convention and turned out an all-Finnish event.
