New maps arrive to 2014 Season 1

The first season of the new year will welcome three new maps while it retires the well-known Bel'Shir Vestige, Star Station and Derelict Watcher.

According to David Kim, balance team's plan is to align the WCS map pool with the in-game ladder pool and this will be one of their goals coming into 2014. Every season, the pool will consist of seven different maps (like it was so far) with three our four going out of rotation every season.

That said, Bel'Shir Vestige, Star Station and Derelict Watcher are out while Daedalus Point, Habitation Station and Heavy Rain are included in.
