CJ Entus' herO[join] took home the $10,000 of IEM Singapore after a six-game series against Yoe's San. This is herO's first championship in his StarCraft 2 career.
After blanking Mvp and DongRaeGu in the quarter and semi finals, respectively, herO[join] entered the IEM Singapore grand final with a hefty momentum. His opponent there was Yoe Flash Wolves' San, who had went through Effort 3-1 and herO's team-mate Hydra 3-0 to make the final match.
San took a two game lead after Frost and Bel'Shir Vestige but his streak was stopped on Whirlwind and the Korean Protoss didn't win a single series after that. herO scored four in a row and was crowned the third IEM champion for this season after Life and Revival.
