Today's games rounded off the playoff match and decided which team would meet Axiom-Acer in the season finals.
The All-Kill format allows one or two players to carry the team, as Ragnarok and SuperNoVa did yesterday in the first match of playoffs, but that same strategy wouldn't have worked today. When one player gathers enough momentum, he can cut through an entire team, but you can't do that if you only play one game. The proleague format is often the true test, calling into action both team synergy and individual skill. Azubu passed that test handily: they repeated yesterday's performance by facing down StarTale's lineup and walking away with another 4-1.
Further ahead is Axiom-Acer, the formidable team that put together the remnants of SlayerS and new talents from Korea and overseas. Azubu will meet them Friday, November 22nd, for their first match.
