Yun "Taeja" Young Seo claimed his second HSC trophy after a one-sided series against Quantic's HyuN. Taeja is the first person to win two HomeStory championships as he adds another $10,000 to his bank account.
From his debut at HSC 8 this last Thursday to his very last match tonight, Taeja saw barely any resistance as he won one match after another. He passed the group stages with an aggregate 8-2 and didn't drop a single game in the quarter finals against his team-mate HerO. The semi-final match was among the few encounters that were difficult for Taeja but Symbol's momentum was just not enough.
The grand final against HyuN ended up another slaughterfest. Playing flawless macro games and sensing HyuN's every move, Taeja was an unstoppable force that left the casting desk aghast. Four maps into the series the match was over and Taeja emerged as champion, banking $10,000 and accepting his trophy down in the pub under Take's apartment.
