After a seven-game series against SouL, Axiom-Acer continued their winning streak and are now three for three in the second round of the group stage. The join roster opened with two-game lead delivered by Crank and Heart but SouL quickly re-balanced the score through Trap and Hyvaa and even managed to get a game ahead as Dear ousted Ryung.
One game away from a loss, AXA were lucky that they had Innovation as their last player. The WCS Season 1 champion disposed of YoungJoo and stayed in the booth to win the last game of the series against Trap.
AXA's 6-1 score and +12 indicator (9 points before current standings #2 AZUBU) guarantees them a direct seed into the GSTL grand final. StarTale and Azubu will fight to determine who the other grand finalist will be.
Fourth in the standings finish fOu (formerly FXO), followed by Proleague champions SouL in the last place.
