32 players have been trimmed from the Bucharest line-up. The survivers of the first group stage now enter the second one, where they will meet the higher seeded participants.

Outside of few notable players not showing for their matches - particularly Strelok, Bunny,  HappyZerg and Sonder - the Ro96 offered no surprises and big names like Ret, Hwangsin, Elfi, ToD, Harstem, Bly and Sjow among others made it through to the next round. They're to be paired with the heavy Korean presence as well as bright representatives of the foreign scene such as Dimaga, Grubby, HuK, Nerchio, TLO and Snute for the 32 spots of the third Group Stage.
