American Terran player Chris "Illusion" Lee joins the ranks of ROOT Gaming after two months of being teamless. Illusion will play alongside the likes of Minigun, Sage, Vibe, Catz and YuGiOh.
Known as one of the most talented North American Terran players, Illusion has been around on the scene since 2011 as he donned the colors of Team Vile. Since then, he's been part of notable rosters such as Quantic Gaming (May - December 2012) and Mousesports (February - July 2013).
"I wanted to join [ROOT] around the time Quantic disbanded but I was approached by other teams with better offers, eventually ended up on mousesports. Once I was off of mouz, Paulo approached me once again to join and I thought about it for a bit and I felt that it was exactly what I needed, something like the old Team Vile environment to play the game at a high level while still being able to enjoy it. I'd say Paulo lured me into it and the roster seemed friendly and skilled."
Illusion is the 15th active member in the vast roster of ROOT Gaming.
