Life 4-2's Bomber at RSL V grand final

The StarTale mirror match at RSL V's conclusion ended in Zerg's favor as he claims his first gold after MLG Winter Championship.

Although Life managed to easily beat the group stages with a 4-0 in maps, his run through the RSL V playoffs was a much harder one. Always playing to the full three or five games in the first three rounds, Life went through Supernova, MMA and Scarlett before making the grand finals. There, he was met by his team-mate Bomber who after disposing of two foreigners in Bly and Dayshi had received a walkover against reigning RSL champion HyuN in the semi finals.

The Terran opened the game with a win for himself but Life's retaliation came in the form of three-game win streak that put him far in the lead. Although Bomber did manage to secure a second set by the fifth game, Whirlwind was the last map he played in the series before Life closed it 4-2, grabbing the $4,000 first place prize.

Life's victory continues the tradition of RSL going to Koreans, who are now on a four-championship series.
