Proleague standings finalized, EG-TL finish last

?

After a 4:1 victory over SK Telecom, Team 8 push the joint roster to the last place. Round's end is tomorrow, though no rakings changes will happen as the placements are set in stone.

After securing their first win in five matches, Team 8 outraced EG-TL for the penultimate spot. KeSPA's team triumphed with the help of Cure and their Protoss trio Argo, Pigbaby and Terminator and delivered quite the upset against SK Telecom's best, including Bisu, PartinG, Rain and Fantasy. As a result of the loss, SKT also lost every chance of edging out STX Soul from the third place and will finish the regular season on the bottom of the top four.

EG-TL also waived their last chance for something different than a bottom place finish. Their fourth loss in a row comes heavy after an excellent, three-win start of the round and despite the valiant efforts of Jaedong and Oz who scored the only two maps in EG-TL's favor today, the roster under Coach Park's tutelage will finish eighth, nine points behind Team 8.
