Seung Hun "Polt" Choi is the name of the 2013 MLG Spring Championship winner as the CMStorm Terran overtook former team-mate Seok Hyun "HyuN" Ko with one map difference. Polt walks away $10,000 richer, having succeeded the MLG throne from ST_Life.

After defeating foreign hope Naniwa with an aggregate 4-1 as well as KeSPA protoss Dear in winners round six, Polt made it to the grand final of MLG Spring packing an impressive 14-2 in maps. Against him stood former TSL comrade and now a member of Quantic HyuN who, despite not playing a lot of ZvTs this tournament had too shown impeccable form against tournament favorites such as soO, Sound and HerO.

It took Polt all five games to raise hands in triumph. In attractive manner, Polt showcased a diverse playstyle menagerie, using battlecruiser transitions in game one and truly massive hellbat timing attack in game three to keep the audience entertained. Up 2-1, Polt was looking forward to his first cup on American soil before a critical moving out mistake trapped him in roach pincers and pushed the series into a fifth game. It was only there that, in somewhat anticlimactic fashion, Polt would force HyuN into a third and final GG after blazing out his economy with a standard hellbat attack.

?After GSL Super Tournament in 2011 and Assembly Winter in 2012, this is Polt's third premier gold of his career.
