Serbian Terran Aleksandar "Beastyqt" Krstic is, as of today, no longer part of the Russian-based Empire, as stated in the official announcement. According to Krstic, he will continue playing and is "looking forward to [his] new adventures in StarCraft II".
Beastyqt joined Empire on January 10, 2011 and has been a crucial part of the roster since, aiding them in getting several high finishes in team leagues in the same year.
Beastyqt is currently in the Ro40 of WCS Europe S2 after finishing fourth in the group of reigning champion MVP, Tefel and Elfi. He will, however, have to carry out those matches under a different team tag as he and Empire amicably parted ways today.

BeastyQT was a part of our Empire family for two and half years and that only makes his departure sadder. He has always been the most motivated player at clanwars and brought us a lot of victories. Last was at quarterfinals of EMS against Team Acer.
That was a hard decision to make but it was dictated by circumstances. I cinserely wish BeastyQT to find new team and continue pleasing his fans with new victories. Thank you, Aleksandar for being with us all this time, good luck!

I want to thank Team Empire, all it's players and manager, StrangeR, for inviting me to team 2 years ago. I appreciate all they've done for me and understand that wouldn't have become the player I am today without them.
I started playing Starcraft II professionally in Team Empire and had a lot of fun during that time. Also, I want to thank my fans for supporting and cheering for me and Team Empire. I'm looking forward to my new adventures in Starcraft II.
With Krstic's departure, Team Empire's StarCraft 2 roster is down to five players, the heavy accent on Terran talent present still.
