Ten of the bigger names who were initially signed for DreamHack Summer this weekend have confirmed their cancelation for the event but their replacements have already been announced, StarTale's Zerg ace among them.
Among those who will be skipping DreamHack Summer is also Austrian Protoss Monchi, who was last night reported to have suffered a severe arm injury, which will require extensive treatment. Monchi will not be the only one on the outside looking in as according to the official DreamHack release, the players listed below will not be participating:
DongRaeGu
Monchi
Naama
Polt
Sase
Supernova
Symbol
Violet
Widunder
Xlord
While most of the replacement are names of lesser renown, there are a couple of exceptions, including Tails, PoYo and, last but not least, StarTale's prodigy Life. This will be Life's first trip ever to a DreamHack event and his first return to Europe since taking Iron Squid II.
DreamHack have also released the line-ups for the first group stage, which can be found here.
