Proleague: Flash aces Jangbi in the Round 6 opener

One BroodWar legend went against another in the final map of KT vs KHAN which gave start to Proleague's last round.

Coming out second in the rankings after the end of round five, KT Rolster came one more step ahead of old rivals and third in the Proleague table SK Telecom by edging a 4-3 against Samsung KHAN.

It was KHAN's RorO who victoriously opened the sixth and final round of KeSPA's team league by slashing down Zest and from there on the series entered a most balanced tug-of-war. KT Rolster answered every win of KHAN with an equalizer from themselves and ultimately forced the match into an ace game.

Jangbi and Flash were selected to battle out to decide the series. KHAN's Protoss ace had already overcome the Ultimate Weapon in the third map of the match but he couldn't find it in himself to do it once more. While Jangbi's oracle opening proved somewhat of a nuisance for Flash, the 2-base immortal all-in faced the unbrekable defense of the Terran and so a GG followed to mark KT's victory.

In the second match of the day, the home of reigning GSL champion Woongjin Stars went on to crush the number six in the ranking CJ Entus to increase their lead even further. Despite the strong opening by ZerO and the huge presence of Woongjin Stars overall, CJ Entus did hold their ground for the first few sets and maintained a balanced score up until the fifth match.

With their best players having already played their matches, CJ Entus were down to SonGDuri and Bbyong who were to go against Light and Soulkey, respectively, and neither of them could aid CJ's cause. Both ZvTs went into Woongjin's favor with the Code S winner closing it at 4-2.
