Watch commentated StarCraft 2 matches on Youtube. HDstarcraft, Husky and Blitzshouter are all providing some good commentated games.

There are plenty of videos one can see in youtube for Starcraft 2, some try to show crazy stuff like what happens when 200 banelings attack a terran base. Others are quite instructive, but perhaps, the most enjoyable are the videos of regular games of a "good" level that come with a shoutcast.
