New updates on the game balance

Blizzard has provided another one of their "Mini-Updates" about the works on StarCraft II. This time we get new information concerning game balance.

- The StarCraft II balance team says protoss casters are approaching the final stages of development - we read on the StarCraft II Facebook page. The added picture itself does not really say anything new but it seems that the Protoss race is under heavy development, especially when we add the information about works on the Protoss macro mechanics, which were released by Blizzard not so long ago.
