StarCraft 2 scheduled for...2010

General Gosu “GosuGamers” Gamers

If you're like me, and by that i mean less than a minute ago you've smashed your gamepad off the wall, you might wanna guess who is to blame for all this.

Some say it's Activision [Blizzard], some say it's hectic release schedule, as nobody wants to see StarCraft II compete against such probable hits as Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Blizzard says it's their inability to get all the features of 2.0 up and running in time, personally i blame global warming.

Now on to the news, if you haven't heard it yet. According to multiple media reports, including G4TV, as well as official Activision Blizzard financial report thing, StarCraft II will be released in the first half of 2010.

Now, it's nobody's fault...Meg. Good news is that Dustin Browder and "The Team" have all the time in the world to finish what they've started. Bad news is that we have to wait possibly another 6 months, maybe even longer, sadly for us nerds that means 5-6 more baths until it's out, tough, i know, gotta pull through.

It's worth mentioning, however, that Blizzard hasn't retracted it's earlier statement about Beta beginning this summer, so it's gotta start pretty soon, BlizzCon anyone?...

P.S. They've even managed to upset the "Hell, it's about time" guy...
