Congratulations to the two teams that advanced to the main event from today's bracket, and hopefully they'll bring something impressive to the table at the Bloodlust main event!
Dumpster Tier Superstars dominated today's bracket - they dumpstered all of their opponents today, even their fellow qualifying team Nice! Faye played a lot of TLV on Dragon Shire during this qualifier, and it'll be interesting to see if that continues during the main event.
Most would have expected Vox Nihili to be the other team to advance (Mcintyre is no longer with the team - the member that Mcintyre replaced after Burbank is back with the team), but Nice! shocked them 2-0 behind some fantastic Li Ming play in Game 1 and brilliant drafting in Game 2 (double support Auriel comp that baited Vox Nihili into a solo Leoric warrior pick after Nice! 1st picked Auriel). The Lunara pick didn't quite work for Vox Nihili either - she didn't have the burst to break through the double support heals, and the entombs and sunderings couldn't get value for Vox either as they were countered by Crystal Aegis/Emerald Wind.
