As we continue to power through the Heroes of the Storm tournament at WCA 2015, GosuGamers' Nick D'Orazio has been present and able to give us a closer look at some of the teams as they battle their way through the group stages. Capturing footage of the players as they play gives us a unique look at how these teams communicate and react in tense, important situations.
This first clip follows eStar in their match against MVP Black. It's a tense late game situation with both teams fighting tooth and nail to try and bring home the win.
Understanding what has been done right and what has been done wrong in a game is important for the improvement of a team. Here we have a clip of Edward Gaming going over a replay of one of their recent games, and engaging in a serious discussion regarding their play and what needs to be done going forward.
Team Liquid seems to be dominating the competition in Group B so far, and this footage of them in the middle of their game verses Brave Heart shows the calm, focused demeanor that has brought them success.
From one dominating team to another, Team Asia StarDust has come to this tournament with a clear goal in mind, but not everything is bound to go to plan. In one of their games verses OMG, they are put at a disadvantage, but that doesn't seem to bother the Korean team as they try to work their way back into the game.
Hopefully these short looks into the atmosphere of a professional HotS game showed the tension and pressure that the players feel. It's a stressful position, but the teams remain cool and stoic in the face of adversity.
