The World Championship is over, but not the year. More tournaments are coming. Which one are you looking forward to the most?
On Saturday, Hearthstone crowned Pavel “Pavel” Beltukov as the third world champion of the game, but there’s more Hearthstone to be watched by the end of the year. Just this week will see the return of the $60,000 Celestial Invitational, bringing a week of Wild competitions (literally and figuratively). At the end of November, the last DreamHack of this year will be held in Jonkoping with $27,500 and another four days of matches. In December, we have the most emblematic house cup, SeatStory, coming for season 5. Even far east in China we have grand tournaments, with WCA and WESG putting up a total of almost half a million dollars.
