Decklist spotlight: Orange’s line-up from WESG Europe

The Swede finished second at the WESG Europe playoffs. Check out what he played.

Appearing at his first tournament as a member of the Alliance, Jon "Orange" Westberg was set on to win the whole thing. Staring down a Bo5, no-ban Conquest format, the SeatStory champion had chosen a combination of N'Zoth Hunter, Malygos Druid and Midrange Shaman, notably missing any Warrior list in his line-up. His choice paid off and Orange surfed to an undefeated score in the group stages, the only player to do so.

Adding a Miracle Rogue for the Bo7 playoffs, Orange continued to reap heads until he was stopped in his tracks by Sebastian "Xixo" Bentert in the grand finals, as the German took yet another championship home, whose decks are also available on GosuGamers here.

While Orange's decks are fairly standard, his N'Zoth Hunter stands out with its greedy build. Running ani-aggro cards such as [card]carrion grub[/card] and topping off the curve not just with [card]call of the wild[/card] and the namesake card, but also a [card]ragnaros the firelord[/card], the deck will be liked by fans of slow lists which don't go the full control way.
