It's a massive body with a [card]Whirlwind[/card] effect ... kind of.
Priced at 6 mana for a 6/7 body, [card]Sea Plunderer[/card] is at first glance just a [card]Boulderfist Ogre[/card]. His twist, however, comes in his card effect. Similar to the behavior of [card]Flame Leviathan[/card], the Plunderer applies an effect when drawn and in this case it's 1 damage to all YOUR minions.
Great, another [card]Whirlwind[/card] effect, you might say, but that's only on the face of it. Whirlwind effects are so powerful in Warrior because they are applied when the board is prepared and ready for maximizing the value, whether it's spawning more [card]Grim Patron[/card]s, drawing cards through [card]Acolyte of Pain[/card] or gaining armor from [card]Armorsmith[/card], all that while damaging the enemy board, too.
Sea Plunderer, however, does none of that. Granted, his whirlwind effect is free and you only have to draw him but there's a big chance that the damage triggers on a turn you don't want it to trigger.
