DPC Season 2021-22 Spring Tour; Week 3 begins

The second week of the DPC Season 2021-22 Spring Tour bringing the league season into the halfway point — for some.

The third week of the DPC Season 2021-22 Spring Tour should signal the approach of the halfway point for the season. But things have been incredibly messy and after only two weeks of league play, the entire season is already off-kilter.

Last week Nigma Galaxy reported that four of their players have had tested positive for COVID-19, resulting in postponed matches and altered schedules.

Due to the war in Ukraine, Valve has postponed the DPC for Eastern Europe indefinitely.

Now the DPC for China has been put on hold until April 8th as Shanghai has entered a lockdown.

With only four regions playing, the schedule will be looking a bit light, but a heavier question is now looming.

What is going to happen to the points, teams, and upcoming Major?

One full region isn't even competing, one region is put on hold and potential issues with finishing or flights to attend are easily a reality.

ESL One Stockholm Major is expected to unfold May 12-22 where teams will fight for a share of the $500,000 prize pool and 3530 DPC points.
